Services

We provide marketing services including website design, advertising management, and CRM and lead-flow automation. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in your individual agreement or proposal.

Payment

Recurring services are billed on the cadence stated in your agreement. Fees are due as invoiced.

Results

We work diligently to grow your business, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue.

Intellectual property

You own the final deliverables you have paid for, including your website and data, as set out in your agreement. Our pre-existing tools and processes remain ours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement per the notice terms in your agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
